The AirCube Pro family have different characteristics and can be selected on the basis of the desired application. The HE-Basic Plus model is offered in a new, easily transportable outdoor container, equipped with a 4.5 m3 / h suction pump, mainly available for applications dedicated to sampling the PM10 and PM2.5 particulate fraction. The sampler is supported by a microprocessor with a latest generation 4.3 "capacitive touch screen display and offers the innovative flow measurement system using a digital dry volumetric meter, guaranteeing better accuracy and data on sampling volumes, compared to traditional mechanical volumetric meters. The sampler takes the suspended particulate on sampling filters according to EN 12341: 2014 (PM10 and PM2.5) and it is available with US-EPA inlet style at 16,7 liters per minute. They absorb ambient air and fractionate the particles suspended in the air, through the entry into a preselector. The particles are collected on a filter and made available for subsequent evaluations or gravimetric analyzes. The volumetric flow rate is electronically adjusted with an accuracy of ± 1% deviation. By installing the wind speed and direction sensors (option), it is possible to acquire the data and store them together with the sampling parameters, as well as to set the sampling according to the direction and speed.


PM and IPA / PCDD-PCDF fraction sampling

With the succession of updates and new regulations, AMS Analitica has created a new device for sampling the PM10 and PM2.5 fraction (EN-12341: 2014) with the insertion in line of a support for polyurethane vials (PUF) , suitable for the sampling of PAHs and Organic Micro Pollutants as required by the European Community regulation n.2004 / 107 / EC and by the German VDI-3498 application. The system is based on the simultaneous sampling of PM10 (or alternatively PM2.5) particles in the same flow line, followed by the support for PAH sampling by adsorption on a purified polyurethane foam sorbent tube. As an alternative to the latter, a vial containing multiple layers of Puf and XAD-2 can be inserted. The PM10 and PM2.5 impactors for dust sampling, have been made in full compliance with the requirements of the respective technical standards EN-12341 in its latest modifications and the US EPA Cfr.40. The support for PUF or PUF + XAD-2 has been obtained according to the requirements of the ISO-12884 standard, adopted as the reference technical standard in the EEC decree 107 and VDI-3498. Made of anodized aluminum, the new impactor for dust and PAH / PCDD-PCDF collection, is housed on an extendable support to allow correct positioning and better functionality during the sampling phases. The filter holder support, positioned in the area below the impactor, consists of an easily replaceable cassette in POM (Polyoxymethylene) material, allowing both a replacement of the filter membrane and easier transport. After passing through the filter, the air passes through the PUF cartridge, trapping the gaseous phase of the PAHs and the PCDD-PCDF. This solution facilitates all those sampling operations where the greatest amount of information must be acquired. With the combined LVS impactor, AMS Analitica proposes a small change in the approach to sampling dictated by the constantly updated regulations. The basic components of the PM10 and PM2.5 impactor marketed to date can be integrated with the new device for sampling PAHs. Simply order the transformation set from the previous to the new version to be ready to sample in accordance with the new legislative requirements.

Dear Customer, AMS Analitica Srl, as Data controller, wishes to inform you that in performance of the contract, or of the formal agreements, personal data will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection General Regulation and with due respect for the obligations relating to correctness, lawfulness and confidentiality.  The data undergoing processing refer to the personal data (Company name, address, VAT number, Iban code) of the Company as well as name, surname, address, email-PEC, telephone number, tax code of the persons representing the Company for legal, administrative and commercial activities.


Legal basis and purposes of the processing

The processing of personal data will be made for the following purposes :
  • order formulations, quotation requests, contracts concerning the sale of our the products and services;
  • administrative,  accounting and contractual  management  of the existing legal relationship and relevant legal obligations ;
  • provision of defined products - services;
  • data filing aimed at the retention of accounting documents for the necessary time requested by the standards applicable ;
  • protection of the contractual rights  of the undersigned company, even in the event of a dispute.
  • communications of commercial and promotional initiatives concerning the products - services provided or similar.
For the aforementioned purposes, the processing is necessary for the performance of the existing contract or of pre-contractual measures, implemented upon your request (aimed at, e.g., the negotiation of orders and quotations).  The processing of your personal data for the above said purposes does not require express consent; any refusal to supply data may prevent us from continuing the contractual relationship.

For further purposes related to activities of advertising, promotional and commercial communication concerning new products and services, performed by phone, mailing or postal service, the Company shall process your data only after your express permission to do so.

Procedures of the processing and applied logics

The processing of personal data will be made through documents and paper files and/or by means of   electronic and/or web tools in compliance with the provisions of the law guaranteeing the safety and secrecy of your data as well as the exactness, updating and relevancy of the data with respect for the purposes declared with the aim to avoid access and consequent processing of the data by unauthorized personnel. The logic applied when the data is processed with the use of electronic instruments, employed for the management of personal data aimed at the sale of products and provision of services, is based on the application of a specific policy limiting access to specifically authorized Company’s personnel. As far as possible, the Company applies the necessity principle which provides the configuration of computer systems and programs in order to minimize the use of personal and identification data so as to exclude their processing when the purpose of the specific activity can be achieved by using anonymous data or, respectively, suitable modes that allow identifying the person only in case of need.

Conservation period

Your personal data will be kept by the Data Controller as long as the legal relationship is established.   The said data will only be used to fulfill legal obligations (such as preservation of accounting documents, storage of contract documents for any dispute or contractual liability) for a period of 10 years on expiry of which data will be erased or made anonymous.
For purposes relating to promotional, advertising or commercial activities of products and services other than those by you already purchased and used, your data will be kept until you inform us that you are no longer interested in receiving our communications for the above mentioned purposes.

Dissemination - Transfer availability and communication of data

Personal data shall not be disseminated or transferred to countries outside the EU. In particular, corporate data will be processed (Company name, address, VAT number, Iban code) and  the data of your directors, managers, employees and collaborators involved in the present business dealings, as name and surname, email, phone number, that you communicated us during pre-contract negotiations. Additionally, VAT and Tax number as well as any registration number of professionals will be processed.

Some of these categories of persons use the data for the same means as defined above in their capacity as independent Persons in Charge.  The list of the subjects or the subject categories to whom the personal data can be communicated or that can get to know them as appointed representative  is at your disposal at the premises of the data controller.

Availability of data

The subjects or the subject categories who can access your personal data, in the capacity of data processors or persons in charge of processing the said data, and within the sphere of their respective functions for the performance of their tasks and in accordance with the instructions received, are the employees of AMS Analitica specifically authorized to handle this data for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes.
